How to download a SpaceBattles story
- Copy the story thread URL from SpaceBattles. It should look like
https://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/some-story-name.123456/. - Paste it into the download form at the top of this page.
- Choose EPUB or PDF, then select whether to include the story’s images.
- Start the download while WP Downloader collects the threadmarked chapters.
- Save the book to your device.
You can also paste the URL into the box on the WP Downloader home page. The tool will detect that the link comes from SpaceBattles.
What you get
SpaceBattles stories are published as forum threads. WP Downloader uses the threadmarks to find the chapters and combine the whole story into one book.

You can include the story’s images with either format. WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. It downloads complete SpaceBattles stories, so individual chapters and lists are not supported.

Is sign-in required?
You do not need a SpaceBattles account. Paste the story thread URL into the form to download its threadmarked chapters.
A Discord sign-in is required for PDF downloads. EPUB downloads do not require one.

No. WP Downloader cannot update an existing EPUB. After the author posts and threadmarks new chapters, paste the story URL into the downloader again to create a new copy of the complete story.
What should I do if a download does not work?
Check that you pasted the main SpaceBattles thread URL instead of a link to an individual post. If it still does not work, visit the help page for guidance.
