To read an AltHistory story on a Boox e-reader, download the thread as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and move the file to your device. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so there is nothing to install. You do not need an AltHistory account.
Download the AltHistory story
Find the AltHistory thread you want to read. Its address should look like this:

You can also place the story file in Google Drive. Open Google Drive on your Boox, find the EPUB or PDF, and open it on the device.
This method does not require a cable connection between your Boox and a computer.
Choose a reading format
EPUB is a good choice for a book-like reading experience. It is free and does not require you to sign in to WP Downloader.
You can choose PDF instead if you prefer that format and are willing to sign in with Discord before creating the file. The built-in Boox reader opens both EPUB and PDF files.
Because Boox runs Android, you can also install another Android reading app and use it to open the downloaded book. Reading controls vary by app.
