How to Read an Ad Astra Story on a tolino eReader
To read an Ad Astra story on a tolino eReader, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and copy the file to the Books folder on your tolino. WP Downloader is a free browser-based tool, so there is nothing to install.
Download the story as an EPUB
Find the story you want to read on adastrafanfic.com. Its address should look like this:

tolino eReaders support EPUB, and EPUB downloads are free for everyone. WP Downloader can also make a PDF after a free Discord sign-in, but you will need the EPUB for this guide. You can also choose whether to include the story’s images.
WP Downloader downloads the whole story from Ad Astra. It cannot download a single chapter or a list from the site. If the author adds more chapters, download the story again to make a new EPUB with the chapters currently available. An EPUB already on your device will not update automatically.

Stories that require an account
Public Ad Astra stories do not require an account. You can sign in with your Ad Astra account to download members-only stories that the account can already read.

Copy the EPUB to your tolino

- Connect the tolino to your computer with its USB-C cable.
- Wait for the computer to detect the reader.
- Open the tolino drive.
- Find the Books folder.
- Copy the EPUB into that folder.
- Wait for the file to finish copying before unplugging the cable.
The tolino vision 6, shine 4, and epos 3 use MTP for USB transfers. Your computer may show one of these models as a connected device instead of a removable drive. The EPUB still goes in the Books folder on the reader.
Do not unplug the tolino while the file is copying.
Read the story offline
Once the transfer is complete, disconnect the tolino and open the story on the reader. The EPUB is stored on the device, so you can read it offline.
If you download the story again after new chapters are added, copy the new EPUB to the Books folder in the same way.
