How to Read Command Dynamics Stories on a NOOK
You can read a Command Dynamics (Sheppard/Weir) story on a Barnes & Noble NOOK by downloading the whole story as an EPUB with WP Downloader, then copying the file to your NOOK over USB. Barnes & Noble calls this process “sideloading.”
Download the story as an EPUB

Copy the EPUB to your NOOK
After saving the EPUB to your computer, connect your NOOK GlowLight with a USB cable.
The connection steps depend on the model:
- On NOOK GlowLight models, the device appears on your computer as a drive named “NOOK.”
- On newer models, swipe down from the top of the NOOK screen, tap “USB for charging,” and choose “Transfer files (MTP).”
Find the EPUB you downloaded, then drag it onto the NOOK drive. Wait for the copy to finish.
Eject the NOOK from your computer before unplugging the USB cable. You can then open the story on the device and read it offline.
Download story updates
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already have. When the author updates the story, return to the Sheppard/Weir downloader, paste the link again, and download a new copy.
Connect your NOOK and copy the new EPUB to it using the same steps.
