Read Command Dynamics Stories on Android
You can read a Command Dynamics Sheppard/Weir story on an Android phone or tablet by downloading the complete story with WP Downloader and opening the EPUB or PDF in a reading app.

Open the story in Google Play Books
Google Play Books accepts DRM-free EPUB and PDF files. After uploading a file, you can read it on Android, iPhone, iPad, or the web.
There are two ways to upload your story.
Upload it from your Android device
Download the EPUB or PDF from WP Downloader to your phone or tablet. Open the Google Play Books Android app and use its upload option to add the file. Once the upload is complete, open the story in Play Books.
Upload it from a computer
You can upload the EPUB or PDF through the Google Play Books website. Choose a file from your computer or Google Drive, then open the uploaded story in Play Books on your Android device.
Very large files may reach Google’s upload size limit. If that happens, open the EPUB in another Android reader.
Read the EPUB in another Android reader
Moon+ Reader opens EPUB files on Android. Download the EPUB from WP Downloader, then open it in Moon+ Reader.
WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. Use the EPUB or PDF version on Android.
Listen with Android text to speech
Android’s Select to Speak accessibility feature can read items on the screen aloud. Turn it on under Settings, then Accessibility, and tap the items you want to hear.
Moon+ Reader also has a built-in text-to-speech mode for EPUB files. Another option is @Voice Aloud Reader, which can read EPUB files aloud on Android.
All of these options use the text-to-speech voices installed on your device, so the narration depends on the voices available in your Android settings.
Get newly published chapters
WP Downloader cannot add chapters to an EPUB you have already downloaded. When the author updates a story, return to the Sheppard/Weir downloader, paste the link again, and download a new copy.
The new file will contain the complete version that your account can read at that time.
