How to Read Sam & Jack Stories on a PocketBook E-Reader

Download the story as an EPUB

Download members-only stories
You can use WP Downloader without signing in to Sam & Jack. If a story is restricted to members, sign in with your account on that site to download content your account can already read.

On your PocketBook reader:
- Open Settings.
- Select Accounts and synchronization.
- Choose Send-to-PocketBook.
- Sign in and follow the setup instructions.
- Open the activation email.
- Make a note of your personal address ending in @pbsync.com.
Create an email from your usual account and attach the Sam & Jack EPUB. Send it to your @pbsync.com address.
After the message arrives, sync your PocketBook. The EPUB should appear on the reader and will be available offline.
If the EPUB does not appear
Check whether your sending email address is on the approved list. Send-to-PocketBook may ask you to whitelist that address before it accepts attachments from it.
Once the address is approved, send the EPUB again and sync the reader.
Copy the EPUB over USB
You can also transfer the story directly from your computer:
- Connect your PocketBook to the computer with a USB cable.
- Open the PocketBook storage on the computer.
- Find the EPUB you downloaded from WP Downloader.
- Copy the file to the reader.
- Safely disconnect the PocketBook.
- Open the transferred story on the device.
Once the EPUB is on the reader, you can read it without returning to Sam & Jack.
Get new chapters
WP Downloader cannot add chapters to an EPUB you have already downloaded. If the author updates the story, paste its Sam & Jack link into WP Downloader again and download a new copy.
The new file will contain the version available to your account when you download it. Transfer that EPUB through Send-to-PocketBook or USB.
