How to Send a Sam & Jack Story to Kindle
To send a Sam & Jack story to your Kindle, download the complete story as an EPUB with WP Downloader and upload the file through Amazon’s Send to Kindle service. Amazon converts the EPUB and adds it to your Kindle library. You can then read it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.
Step 1: Copy the story link
Open the story on samandjack.net and copy its URL from your browser. A story link looks like this:
https://samandjack.net/fanfics/viewstory.php?sid=1234 Copy the link to the story itself, not a general archive page. WP Downloader downloads complete Sam & Jack stories. It cannot download a single chapter or a list from this site.
Step 2: Download the EPUB
Open the Sam & Jack Downloader. WP Downloader is a free web tool, and you do not need to install anything.
Paste the story link into the box. WP Downloader will detect the site. Select EPUB as the output format and choose whether to include the story’s images. EPUB downloads are free for everyone.
You do not need to sign in for a public story. If the story is available only to members, you can sign in with your Sam & Jack account. WP Downloader can only fetch stories that your account is allowed to read, and it uses your credentials only to retrieve the story you requested. It does not bypass account restrictions, locked content, or age restrictions.
Save the finished EPUB somewhere you can easily find it, such as your downloads folder. See how to download Sam & Jack stories for a more detailed guide.
Step 3: Send the EPUB to Kindle
Amazon accepts EPUB files through Send to Kindle. You can upload the file on the web, use the Send to Kindle app, or email it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.
Option 1: Use the website
Open Amazon’s Send to Kindle page in your browser. Select the EPUB from WP Downloader and follow the prompts to add it to your Kindle library.
Once Amazon has converted the file, the story will appear in your Kindle library. For more details, read the Send to Kindle guide.
Option 2: Use the app
Open the Send to Kindle app and select the downloaded EPUB. Follow the prompts to add it to your Kindle library.
Amazon converts the file for you. When it appears in your library, you can open it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.
Option 3: Send it by email
Attach the EPUB to an email and send it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.
You must send the message from an email address approved for your Kindle account. Amazon will then convert the EPUB and place the story in your Kindle library.
Which format should you use?
EPUB is the best choice for this process. It is free through WP Downloader and accepted by Send to Kindle.
WP Downloader can also create a PDF, but this requires a free Discord sign-in. Amazon accepts PDF files through Send to Kindle as well.
WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. Send to Kindle no longer accepts MOBI, so use EPUB instead.
Adding new chapters to your Kindle
WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB you have already downloaded. If the author adds more chapters, return to the Sam & Jack Downloader and download the complete story again.
Send the new EPUB to Kindle using any of the methods above. The new copy will contain the chapters that were available when you downloaded it.
