How to Read a Psychfic Story on Kobo
You can read a Psychfic story on a Kobo by downloading the whole story as an EPUB with WP Downloader and copying the file to your e-reader. Kobo opens EPUB files natively, so no conversion or separate reading app is needed.
Download the Psychfic story as an EPUB
WP Downloader is a free browser-based tool, with nothing to install. Psychfic does not require you to sign in.
Find the story on psychfic.com. Its address should look like this:

Transfer the EPUB by USB
The USB method requires a computer, the downloaded EPUB, and a cable.
- Connect your Kobo e-reader to your computer with USB.
- Wait for the Kobo to appear as a drive.
- Open the drive.
- Copy the Psychfic EPUB onto the Kobo.
- Eject the Kobo safely.
- Disconnect the cable.
The story will appear in the Kobo library after the device processes the file. You can then open it like any other ebook.
Keep the original EPUB if you want a separate copy. When you download a newer version of the story, copy the new EPUB to the Kobo as well.
Transfer the EPUB through Dropbox or Google Drive

Dropbox requires Kobo software version 4.18 or later. Google Drive requires version 4.37 or later.
To add the story:
- Link the cloud account from your Kobo e-reader.
- Put the Psychfic EPUB in the Kobo cloud folder.
- Sync the e-reader.
- Open the story when it appears on the device.
To link Google Drive, open Home on the Kobo, followed by More and My Google Drive, then select Get Started. The Kobo will display a code. Enter it on the Kobo website, add the EPUB to Google Drive, and sync the e-reader.
A book added through Dropbox or Google Drive appears only on the Kobo device where you added it. Use USB if your Kobo model does not support these cloud options.
