How to Read Occlumency Stories on a Kobo

To read an Occlumency story on a Kobo, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and copy the file to your e-reader. Kobo opens EPUB files directly, so there is nothing to convert and no extra reading app to install.

Download the Occlumency story as an EPUB

Find the story on occlumency.sycophanthex.com. Its address should look like this:

Connect your Kobo to the computer with a USB cable.
Wait for the Kobo to appear as a drive.
Open the drive and copy the EPUB onto it.
Eject the Kobo before disconnecting the cable.

The story is stored on the e-reader for offline reading.

Add the story through Dropbox

Kobo supports adding non-protected EPUB and PDF files through Dropbox on software version 4.18 or later. This option is available on these models:

Add the story through Google Drive

Google Drive support requires Kobo software version 4.37 or later. It is available on the same models:

On the e-reader, go to Home, then More, then My Google Drive. Select Get Started and enter the displayed code on the Kobo website to link your Google Drive account.

Put the EPUB in the cloud folder and sync the e-reader. A book added through Google Drive appears only on that Kobo.

Use USB if your Kobo does not support Dropbox or Google Drive.

Which WP Downloader format should you choose?

Choose EPUB for a Kobo. It is free without signing in, and Kobo e-readers open it natively.
