How to Read Occlumency Stories Offline

To read an Occlumency story offline, download it with WP Downloader and open the EPUB or PDF in a suitable reading app. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.

Download the story

Open the Occlumency downloader and copy the link for the story you want. An Occlumency story URL looks like this:

Paste the link into WP Downloader. It detects that the story comes from occlumency.sycophanthex.com and downloads the whole story. Single chapters and lists are not supported for Occlumency. The stories are in English.

You can download the story in either of these formats:

EPUB is free for everyone.
PDF requires a free Discord sign-in.

WP Downloader can also include the story’s images. Save the finished file somewhere easy to find, such as your downloads folder.

Read on a phone or tablet

Open the downloaded EPUB or PDF in an app that supports the chosen format. If your device asks which app to use, select an EPUB reader or PDF reader.

Once the file is on your device, you can open it without returning to Occlumency.

Read on an e-reader

Download the EPUB to your phone or computer, then transfer it to your e-reader using a method supported by that device. After the transfer, find the story in the device’s library and open it.

Public Occlumency stories do not require an account. You can optionally sign in with an Occlumency account to download members-only stories that the account can already read.

Download new chapters

A downloaded EPUB does not update when the author publishes another chapter. WP Downloader cannot add chapters to an existing EPUB.

To get the latest available version, paste the story link into the downloader again and create a new file. The new download contains the whole story available to your account at that time.
