How to read a Kakuyomu story in Google Play Books

Download the Kakuyomu story

Upload the EPUB to Google Play Books

After Google finishes processing the file, it will appear in your library. You can open it in the web reader or in the Play Books app on Android, iPhone, or iPad.
Google limits the size of uploaded files. If an unusually large EPUB or PDF fails to upload, its file size may be the reason.
Upload from an Android device
You can upload the downloaded EPUB through the Google Play Books Android app. Select the file, open it with Play Books, and follow the prompts to add it to your library.
The story will appear with your other uploaded books after Google finishes processing it.
Read on iPhone or iPad
Upload the EPUB through the Play Books website from your computer or Google Drive. Then open the Google Play Books app on your iPhone or iPad and find the story in your library.

Get newer chapters
