How to Read Inkitt Stories on a Boox E-Reader

To read an Inkitt story on a Boox e-reader, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and transfer the file to your device. Boox e-readers run Android and can open both formats in the built-in reader or another Android reading app.

Download the Inkitt story

WP Downloader is a free web tool that does not require installation. It downloads complete Inkitt stories, not individual chapters.

Find the story on inkitt.com and copy its URL. An Inkitt story link looks like this:

PDF

Boox can also open PDF files in its built-in reader. To download a PDF from WP Downloader, you need to sign in with a free Discord account.

Transfer the story to your Boox

You can copy the downloaded file to your Boox over USB or open it through an app such as Google Drive.

If the file is on your computer:

1. Connect your Boox e-reader to the computer with a USB cable.
2. Open the Boox storage on your computer.
3. Copy the EPUB or PDF file to the device.
4. Disconnect the Boox after the transfer finishes.
5. Find the file on the device and open it in the built-in reader.

Open the file from Google Drive

Add the downloaded EPUB or PDF to Google Drive. Open the Google Drive app on your Boox, find the file, and either open it or download it to the device.

This method works when the file is on a phone or computer and you do not want to use a cable.

Read the story

Find the EPUB or PDF on your Boox and tap it to open it. You can use the built-in reader or install another Android reading app.

Once the file is on the device, you can read the story offline. WP Downloader does not add new chapters to an existing EPUB. If the author publishes more chapters, download the whole story again to get the updated version.
