How to Read an Inkitt Story on Android
WP Downloader lets you download a whole Inkitt story as an EPUB or PDF, which you can then open on an Android phone or tablet. It is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.
Download the Inkitt story
Copy the address of the story you want to read. An Inkitt story URL looks like this:

- Open the Inkitt Downloader.
- Paste the story link into the box.
- Sign in with your Inkitt email address and password.
- Choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Download the story as an EPUB or PDF.
You must sign in to your Inkitt account before WP Downloader can fetch the story. Your credentials are used only to retrieve the story you requested.
WP Downloader can download only the material your account is allowed to read. It does not bypass paywalls, locked chapters, or age restrictions. Inkitt downloads include the whole story, not individual chapters.
EPUB is free for everyone. Downloading a PDF requires a free Discord sign-in. WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files.

Open the story on Android
Google Play Books can open your own DRM-free EPUB and PDF files. You can upload the downloaded file from the Play Books Android app.
If the file is on your computer, upload it through the Play Books website from your computer or Google Drive. You can then read it in Play Books on your Android phone or tablet.
Very large files may reach Google’s upload size limit. If that happens, try opening the EPUB in Moon+ Reader instead.
Read the EPUB with Moon+ Reader
Moon+ Reader opens EPUB files on Android. Download the EPUB from WP Downloader, then open the file in Moon+ Reader.
The app also has a built-in text-to-speech mode for reading the story aloud. It uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your device, so the result depends on the voices available on your phone or tablet.
Have the story read aloud
Android includes Select to Speak. Turn it on in Settings under Accessibility, then tap items on the screen to hear them read aloud.
You can also use the text-to-speech mode in Moon+ Reader or open the EPUB in @Voice Aloud Reader. These options use the text-to-speech voices installed on your Android device.
Download new chapters
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you have already downloaded. When the Inkitt story is updated, return to the Inkitt Downloader, paste the link again, and download a new copy.
