Track PMD Fan Fiction on Goodreads or The StoryGraph

Many PMD Fan Fiction stories are missing from Goodreads and The StoryGraph. You can download a story with WP Downloader, then add it to Goodreads if your account is eligible. You can also look for it on The StoryGraph or track it privately in calibre.

Download the PMD Fan Fiction story

WP Downloader is a free web tool that downloads a complete PMD Fan Fiction story as an EPUB or PDF. You do not need to install anything or sign in to a PMD Fan Fiction account.

1. Open the PMD Fan Fiction downloader.
2. Copy the story URL from pmdfanfiction.com. It should follow this pattern:

3. Paste the URL into WP Downloader.
4. Choose whether to include the story’s images.
5. Download the EPUB for free. PDF is available after a free Discord sign-in.

WP Downloader downloads the whole story. It does not download individual chapters or reading lists from PMD Fan Fiction. If the author adds chapters later, download the story again. WPD cannot update an existing EPUB.

Put the story on your phone or e-reader

After the download finishes, find the file in your browser’s downloads or files area.

Open or import an EPUB in your usual EPUB reading app. If you downloaded a PDF, open it in an app that supports PDF files.

Keep the downloaded file if you want an offline copy. Goodreads and The StoryGraph can record what you have read, while the EPUB or PDF contains the story itself.

Track the story on Goodreads

Search Goodreads for the story title and author first. Most fanfiction and web serials are not in its database, but the story may already have an entry.

If it is missing, eligible Goodreads members can add it manually at goodreads.com/book/new. Your account needs a verified email and cannot be brand new. You must provide at least the title and author.

Use the title and author from the PMD Fan Fiction story page. Once the entry exists, you can add it to the shelf that matches your reading status.

Search for variations of the title before adding a new entry. Goodreads librarians handle corrections and merge duplicate records.

Check The StoryGraph

Search The StoryGraph for the story title and author. Its database may not contain the story, especially if it is fanfiction rather than a book.

The StoryGraph does not publish clear official instructions for adding works that are not books. Check its current help pages instead of relying on an unofficial submission process. If you cannot add the story, you can track it privately in calibre.

Keep a private reading list in calibre

calibre is a free e-book manager for Windows, macOS and Linux. You can use it to track PMD Fan Fiction stories that are missing from public book databases.

After downloading the EPUB with WP Downloader:

1. Open calibre and select Add books.
2. Choose the downloaded EPUB.
3. Edit its metadata or cover if needed.
4. Use your calibre library to record which stories you own, are reading or have finished.

You can read the story in calibre’s e-book viewer, which has a Read aloud feature. calibre can also send books to a connected e-reader over USB.

If your device needs another format, calibre can convert the EPUB to AZW3, MOBI or PDF. WP Downloader produces EPUB and PDF files, but it does not produce MOBI, AZW3 or TXT files.
