How to Send a Fiction.live Story to Kindle
To send a Fiction.live story to your Kindle, first download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader. You can then give the file to Amazon’s Send to Kindle service. Amazon converts the EPUB and adds the book to your Kindle library, where you can read it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.
WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.
Step 1: Copy the Fiction.live story link
Open the story on fiction.live or beta.fiction.live, then copy the URL from your browser’s address bar. It should follow this general pattern:
https://fiction.live/stories/Example-Story-Title/17CharacterIDhere/home Copy the story page rather than an individual chapter link. WP Downloader downloads complete Fiction.live stories, not single chapters or story lists.
You do not need to sign in to Fiction.live.
Step 2: Download the EPUB
Open the Fiction.live Downloader and paste the story URL into the box. WP Downloader will recognize the site and prepare the story.
Select EPUB as the output format. EPUB downloads are free for everyone, and Amazon accepts the format through Send to Kindle. You can also choose whether to include the story’s images.
WP Downloader can create a PDF instead, but that option requires a free Discord sign-in. EPUB is the simpler choice for this guide.
Save the finished file somewhere easy to find. On a phone, check your browser’s downloads or files area. On a computer, check your downloads folder.
See the Fiction.live download guide for more help with downloading the story.
Step 3: Send the EPUB to Amazon
You can use Send to Kindle on the web, through its app, or by email. Choose whichever method suits you.
Send it on the web
Open Amazon’s Send to Kindle web page, select the EPUB you downloaded, and submit it. Amazon will convert the file and add the book to your Kindle library.
This method works directly from a phone or computer without requiring the Send to Kindle app.
Send it through the app
If you have Amazon’s Send to Kindle app, open it and choose the downloaded EPUB. Send the file to your Kindle library.
After Amazon processes it, the story will be available on Kindle e-readers and in the Kindle app.
Send it by email
Attach the EPUB to an email and send it to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address.
You must send the message from an approved email address. Amazon will not accept the file if it does not recognize the sender, so check your approved addresses if the delivery fails.
The Send to Kindle guide explains all three methods in more detail.
Step 4: Open the story on your Kindle
After Amazon converts the EPUB, the story will appear in your Kindle library.
Open your library on a Kindle e-reader and select the story when it appears. In the Kindle app, open the library and tap the story. The converted book is available through the same Kindle library on your e-readers and Kindle apps.

Downloading new chapters
WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB you have already downloaded. When the author adds chapters, paste the Fiction.live story link into WP Downloader again and download a new copy.
Send the new EPUB through Send to Kindle using any of the methods above. WP Downloader will not change the earlier file.
