How to Read Wattpad Stories on a PocketBook
To read a Wattpad story on a PocketBook e-reader, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and transfer the file through Send-to-PocketBook or USB. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.
Download the Wattpad story as an EPUB
Open the Wattpad story you want to read. Its link will usually look like this:
https://www.wattpad.com/story/123456789-story-titleCopy the link and open the Wattpad downloader. Paste the story URL into the box. WP Downloader detects the site and shows the available download options.
Choose EPUB for your PocketBook. EPUB downloads are free, and PocketBook e-readers support the format. You can include the story’s images in the downloaded book.
You do not need an account to download public Wattpad stories. If you sign in with your Wattpad account, WP Downloader can also download paid stories your account owns and stories from your library or archive. It only downloads material your account can already read. It cannot bypass paywalls, locked chapters, or age restrictions.
You can also use WP Downloader for a single Wattpad part or an entire reading list. Save the finished EPUB where you can find it for the transfer.

Send the EPUB with Send-to-PocketBook
Send-to-PocketBook gives your reader a personal email address. Once you have set it up, you can email the EPUB to that address and sync your device.
On your PocketBook:
- Open Settings.
- Select Accounts and synchronization.
- Select Send-to-PocketBook.
- Sign in and follow the activation process.
- Check your email for the activation message.
After activation, you will receive a Send-to-PocketBook address ending in @pbsync.com.
Attach the EPUB from WP Downloader to an email and send it to that address. Sync your PocketBook after the email arrives to load the book onto the reader.
If the file does not arrive, make sure your sending address is on the approved list. Send-to-PocketBook may ask you to whitelist the address before accepting the attachment.
Copy the story to your PocketBook with USB
You can transfer the EPUB over USB instead. Connect your PocketBook to your computer with a USB cable, find the EPUB you downloaded, and copy it to the reader. Disconnect the device when the transfer finishes, then open the book from your PocketBook library.
You can transfer a PDF from WP Downloader the same way. There is no need to convert the EPUB to MOBI, AZW3, or TXT. WP Downloader does not provide those formats.
Download newly published chapters
The EPUB contains the chapters available when you downloaded it. WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an existing EPUB.
When the Wattpad author publishes another part, paste the story link into WP Downloader and download the story again. You can then transfer the new EPUB through Send-to-PocketBook or USB.
Listen to a single Wattpad story
After you paste a link to a single Wattpad story, WP Downloader shows a “Listen to audiobook” button. The button opens Audora, its sister service, which turns the story into an audiobook.
This option is only available for single Wattpad stories. It does not appear for other supported sites or Wattpad reading lists.
