Read a Tenhawk Presents Story on a Boox E-Reader
To read a Tenhawk Presents story on a Boox e-reader, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader. You can then copy the file to your Boox or open it from Google Drive. Both formats work with the built-in reader because Boox devices run Android.
What you will need
Have these ready:
- The Tenhawk Presents story link
- A phone or computer that can access WP Downloader
- Your Boox e-reader
- A USB cable or access to Google Drive
A Tenhawk Presents story URL usually looks like this:
http://t.evancurrie.ca/viewstory.php?sid=1234 WP Downloader is a free web tool, and you do not need to install anything. For Tenhawk Presents, it downloads whole stories rather than individual chapters or lists.
Step 1: Download the story with WP Downloader
Go to the Tenhawk Presents downloader and paste the story URL into the box. WP Downloader will recognize the site and prepare the story for download.
Choose a format:
- EPUB is free for everyone and works well on e-readers.
- PDF requires a free Discord sign-in.
You can choose whether to include the story’s images. Save the finished file somewhere you can find it, such as your Downloads folder.
WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. A Boox can open EPUB and PDF files directly, so you do not need to convert the download.
For a broader guide to the download process, see How to download Tenhawk Presents stories.
Members-only stories
Public stories do not require a Tenhawk Presents account. If a story is restricted to site members, you can sign in with your account on that site. WP Downloader can then fetch the content your account is allowed to read.
Your account credentials are used only to fetch the story you requested. WP Downloader does not bypass account restrictions, paywalls, locked chapters, or age restrictions.
Tenhawk Presents support was ported from FanFicFare, the open-source fanfiction downloader.
Step 2: Move the file to your Boox
You can copy the EPUB or PDF to your Boox over USB or open it through Google Drive.
Option 1: Copy the story over USB
Connect your Boox to your computer with a USB cable. Open the device’s storage and copy the EPUB or PDF into the folder where you keep your books.
Once the transfer is finished, disconnect the Boox. Find the file on the device and open it in the built-in reader.
This method works well when the story is already on your computer and you want to keep a copy on the e-reader.
Option 2: Open the story from Google Drive
Upload the EPUB or PDF to Google Drive from your phone or computer. Open Google Drive on your Boox, find the file, and either open it or download it to the device.
You can also install another Android reading app on your Boox if you prefer it to the built-in reader. The steps for opening the book will depend on the app, but you can use the same EPUB or PDF file.
Step 3: Read the story offline
After saving the file to your Boox, open it in the built-in reader or another Android reading app. The story will remain available offline as long as you keep the downloaded file.
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an existing EPUB. When the story is updated, download the whole story again and transfer the new file to your Boox.
If you also use another e-reader, see the guides to sending Tenhawk Presents stories to Kindle and reading Tenhawk Presents stories on Kobo.
