How to Read Tenhawk Presents Stories on a Flight

Download your Tenhawk Presents story before the flight while you still have an internet connection. WP Downloader saves the whole story as an EPUB or PDF that you can open offline. Before you leave, put the file on the device you plan to use and check that it opens in airplane mode.

Download the story before your flight

Do this at home, at your hotel, or anywhere else with a reliable connection.

1. Open the Tenhawk Presents downloader.
2. Copy the story’s Tenhawk Presents link. It should look similar to this:

5. Choose whether to include the story’s images.

WP Downloader downloads complete Tenhawk Presents stories. It cannot download a single chapter or a list of stories.

You do not need an account for public stories. If a story is limited to members, you can sign in with your Tenhawk Presents account. Choose EPUB or PDF

EPUB works with reading apps and devices that support EPUB files. It is also the format to choose if you plan to use Amazon’s Send to Kindle service.

Choose PDF if you prefer a fixed-page document or already use a PDF reader. Creating a PDF requires a free Discord sign-in, but you will not need a connection to open the downloaded file later.

WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. For Kindle, download the story as an EPUB or PDF and send it before your flight.

Read on a phone or tablet

Download the EPUB or PDF directly to your phone or tablet, or transfer it there while you are still online.

Open the file once in an app that supports its format. Then switch on airplane mode and open it again. If the story still loads, the file is stored on the device and ready for offline reading.

A story left open in a browser tab may still need a connection. Use the downloaded EPUB or PDF for the flight.

Read on a Kindle

Amazon’s Send to Kindle accepts EPUB and PDF files. You can send the file by email to your Kindle’s Send-to-Kindle address, through the Send to Kindle app, or on the web.

Amazon converts the EPUB, then adds the book to your Kindle library. You can read it on a Kindle e-reader or in the Kindle app.

Send the file before your flight because delivery requires an internet connection. When sending by email, your sender address must be on the approved sender list. Send to Kindle no longer accepts MOBI files, so use the EPUB or PDF from WP Downloader.

Once the book appears, open it on your Kindle or in the Kindle app before turning on airplane mode. This makes sure the book has reached your device.

Read on a Kobo

Open the story once, then test it again in airplane mode before you leave.

Preflight reading checklist

Before heading to the airport:

• Download the complete story with WP Downloader.
• Save the EPUB or PDF on the device you will carry.
• Open it in a compatible reading app.
• If you use Kindle, complete Send to Kindle delivery while online.
• Turn on airplane mode.
• Open the book and move through a few pages.
• Turn airplane mode off if you still need your connection before boarding.

WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an existing EPUB. If the story gains new chapters, download it again to create a new file containing everything your account can currently read.
