How to Read Spirit Fanfics Stories on a Kobo

Kobo e-readers open EPUB files natively. To read a Spirit Fanfics story on your Kobo, download the complete story as an EPUB with WP Downloader, then transfer the file by USB. Some Kobo models also support Dropbox and Google Drive.

Download the story as an EPUB

WP Downloader is a free web tool, and there is nothing to install. Open the Spirit Fanfics downloader and copy the link to the story you want.

A Spirit Fanfics story link normally looks like this:

https://www.spiritfanfiction.com/historia/story-name-1234

Follow these steps:

1. Copy the story link from spiritfanfiction.com or socialspirit.com.br.
2. Paste it into WP Downloader.
3. Wait for the tool to detect Spirit Fanfics from the URL.
4. Choose EPUB as the output format.
5. Choose whether to include the story’s images.
6. Download the EPUB to your phone or computer.

You do not need to sign in for Spirit Fanfics. WP Downloader downloads the whole story from this site, so it cannot download a single chapter or a list of stories. Spirit Fanfics stories are in Portuguese.

EPUB is free for everyone and works natively on Kobo e-readers. WP Downloader can also create a PDF, but that requires a free Discord sign-in.

For more detail, see how to download Spirit Fanfics stories.

Transfer the EPUB by USB

USB works with Kobo e-readers without requiring a model that supports cloud storage.

1. Connect your Kobo to your computer with a USB cable.
2. Wait for the Kobo to appear as a drive.
3. Find the EPUB you downloaded from WP Downloader.
4. Copy the EPUB onto the Kobo drive.
5. Eject the Kobo.
6. Disconnect it and find the story in your Kobo library.

You can open the story from the library and read it offline.

If the author publishes more chapters, download the story again and transfer the new EPUB. WP Downloader cannot update an EPUB already stored on your Kobo.

Transfer the EPUB with Dropbox

Dropbox supports non-protected EPUB and PDF files on these Kobo models running software version 4.18 or later:

• Kobo Forma
• Kobo Sage
• Kobo Elipsa
• Kobo Elipsa 2E
• Kobo Libra Colour

Link your Dropbox account from the e-reader, put the EPUB in the cloud folder, and sync your Kobo. The story will then appear in its library.

A book added through Dropbox appears only on the device where you added it. Repeat the process if you want the book on another Kobo.

Transfer the EPUB with Google Drive

Google Drive supports non-protected EPUB and PDF files on the same Kobo models running software version 4.37 or later:

• Kobo Forma
• Kobo Sage
• Kobo Elipsa
• Kobo Elipsa 2E
• Kobo Libra Colour

On your Kobo, go to Home, then More, then My Google Drive, and select Get Started. Enter the code shown on the e-reader on the Kobo website to link your Google Drive account.

Put the EPUB in the cloud folder and sync the e-reader. The story will appear only on that Kobo.

Get newly published chapters

The downloaded EPUB is a separate copy of the story and will not receive new chapters automatically. To get the latest version, return to WP Downloader, paste the Spirit Fanfics link again, and download a new EPUB.

Keeping the original story link makes it easier to download another copy later.
