Read a SciFiStories Story on a tolino eReader
To read a SciFiStories story on a tolino eReader, download the complete story as an EPUB with WP Downloader and copy the file to the Books folder on your tolino.
What you will need

- Your tolino eReader and its USB-C cable

Step 1: Download the SciFiStories story
Open the SciFiStories downloader and paste the story link into the box. WP Downloader will detect that the link is from SciFiStories.
You must sign in with a SciFiStories account. WP Downloader uses your account credentials only to fetch the story you requested, and it can download only the material your account can already read. It does not bypass locked content, paywalls, or age restrictions.
Choose EPUB as the output format. EPUB downloads are free for everyone, and tolino eReaders can read the format directly. You can also choose to include the story’s images.
For SciFiStories, WP Downloader downloads the whole story. It cannot download a single chapter or a story list. If the author publishes more chapters later, download the story again to create a new EPUB. WP Downloader cannot add those chapters to an EPUB you already have.

Step 2: Connect your tolino to your computer
Connect the tolino eReader to your computer with its USB-C cable. Wait for the computer to detect the reader before copying the EPUB.
The tolino vision 6, shine 4, and epos 3 use MTP for USB transfers. Open the reader from your computer’s file browser to see its folders.
Step 3: Copy the EPUB to the Books folder
Find the EPUB that WP Downloader created, then open the tolino’s storage on your computer. Copy the EPUB into the folder named Books.
The path should look like this:

your downloaded story.epubWait for the file to finish copying. Do not unplug the tolino while the transfer is still in progress.
After the copy finishes, disconnect the reader from the computer. The EPUB is now available to read on your tolino.
File formats and transfer options
EPUB is the simplest format for this process because tolino eReaders support it directly. WP Downloader also offers PDF with a free Discord sign-in.
WP Downloader does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files. None of those formats is needed for this guide.
Tolino has a cloud for purchased books, but this guide uses USB-C. Connect the reader to your computer and place the downloaded EPUB in its Books folder.
