Read Quotev Stories on an Android Phone or Tablet
To read a Quotev story on an Android phone or tablet, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and open the file in a reading app. The saved file is available offline, so you do not need to return to the Quotev website each time you want to read.
Download a Quotev story with WP Downloader
WP Downloader is a free web tool, and there is nothing to install. It saves a whole Quotev story as one file.
Find the story on quotev.com and copy its URL. A Quotev story link looks like this:

- Choose EPUB or PDF.
- Choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Download the file to your phone or tablet.
EPUB is free for everyone. PDF requires a free Discord sign-in. Quotev stories do not require a Quotev sign-in.
WP Downloader saves whole Quotev stories. It cannot download a single chapter or a list. If the author adds more chapters, download the story again to get an updated copy. An EPUB you have already downloaded will not update automatically.

Choose EPUB or PDF
EPUB is usually easier to read on a phone because compatible reading apps display it as an ebook.
PDF uses a fixed page layout, which may be less comfortable on a small screen. It is still a suitable choice if you prefer reading PDFs.
Both formats contain the Quotev story that WP Downloader retrieves. The tool does not create MOBI, AZW3, or TXT files.
Open the story on Android
When the download finishes, find the EPUB or PDF in your device’s downloads and tap it. Select a reading app that supports the file type.
Google Play Books and Moon+ Reader can open EPUB files. Google Play Books accepts DRM-free EPUB and PDF uploads, which you can read on Android, the web, and an iPhone or iPad.
You can upload the file from the Google Play Books Android app. You can also use the Play Books website to upload it from a computer or Google Drive. After uploading the book, open it in Google Play Books on your Android device.
Google may reject a very large story file because of its upload size limit. If that happens with an EPUB, open the downloaded file in Moon+ Reader instead.
For a PDF, upload it to Google Play Books or use another PDF-compatible app on your device.
Read the story offline
The downloaded EPUB or PDF is separate from the Quotev webpage. Once it is available in your reading app, you can read it without keeping the story open in a browser.
Save the file somewhere easy to find. If you delete it and need another copy, use the Quotev downloader to download the story again.
Listen to the story on Android
Android’s Select to Speak accessibility feature can read items on the screen aloud. Turn it on under Settings, then Accessibility, and tap the items you want to hear.
For EPUB files, Moon+ Reader has a built-in text-to-speech mode. @Voice Aloud Reader can also read EPUB files aloud.
These options use the text-to-speech voices installed on your device. The available voices determine how natural the narration sounds.
Read the file on another device
You can use the downloaded EPUB or PDF on devices other than the Android phone or tablet where you saved it. Google Play Books makes an uploaded file available through its web reader and its Android and iPhone or iPad apps.

Do I need a Quotev account?
No. You do not need to sign in to Quotev to download a Quotev story with WP Downloader.
Is EPUB or PDF better for an Android phone?
EPUB usually works well for reading in an ebook app such as Google Play Books or Moon+ Reader. Choose PDF if you prefer a fixed document layout.
Can I download only one Quotev chapter?
No. WP Downloader downloads the whole Quotev story for this site. It does not download individual chapters or lists.
