Read Fanfics.me Stories on a reMarkable Tablet

To read a Fanfics.me story on a reMarkable tablet, download the whole story as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and transfer the file to your tablet. WP Downloader is a free web tool, so you do not need to install anything.

Download the Fanfics.me story

Copy the address of the story you want to read. A Fanfics.me story link looks like this:

If the file is on your computer:

1. Open the reMarkable desktop app.

3. Wait for the file to transfer to your tablet.
4. Open the story on your reMarkable.

Use the reMarkable mobile app

If the file is on your phone:

1. Find the downloaded EPUB or PDF.
2. Add it through the reMarkable mobile app.
3. Wait for it to appear on your tablet.
4. Open it from your reMarkable library.

Upload it through a web browser

You can also transfer the file through reMarkable’s web service:

1. Open the reMarkable web service in a browser.
2. Upload the EPUB or PDF.
3. Wait for the file to transfer to your tablet.
4. Open the story on your reMarkable.

Transfer it with a USB cable

To transfer the file directly from a computer:

1. Connect your reMarkable to the computer with a USB cable.
2. Turn on the USB web interface in the tablet’s storage settings.
3. Open 10.11.99.1 in a browser on the connected computer.
4. Upload the EPUB or PDF.
5. Disconnect the tablet when the transfer finishes, then open the story.

The location of the USB web interface setting may differ between reMarkable software versions.

Before you start reading

Check that the downloaded file is no larger than reMarkable’s 100 MB limit.

When the Fanfics.me story gets new chapters, download the whole story again and transfer the new file to your reMarkable.
