How to Read Dokuga Stories on a Boox E-Reader
To read a Dokuga story on your Boox e-reader, download it as an EPUB or PDF with WP Downloader and move the file to your device. WP Downloader works in a web browser, so you do not need to install anything.
Download the Dokuga story
Find the story on dokuga.com. Its URL will look like this:
http://www.dokuga.com/fanfiction/story/1234/1Copy the URL and open the Dokuga downloader. Paste the link into the box. WP Downloader will detect the site automatically.
Choose a format:
- EPUB is free for everyone.
- PDF requires a free Discord sign-in.
- You can also choose to include the story’s images.
WP Downloader downloads the complete story. It does not download individual chapters or lists from Dokuga.
You do not need a Dokuga account for public stories. If a story is restricted to members, you can sign in with your Dokuga account to access stories that account can already read. WP Downloader uses your credentials only to fetch the story you requested. It cannot bypass locked content, paywalls, or age restrictions.

Move the book to your Boox
Boox e-readers run Android and open EPUB and PDF files in their built-in reader. You can copy the story over USB or open it from an app such as Google Drive.
Copy the file over USB
Connect your Boox to your computer with a USB cable. Find the downloaded EPUB or PDF and copy it to the folder you use for books or documents on the Boox.
After the transfer finishes, disconnect the device, find the file, and open it in the built-in reader.
Open the file from Google Drive
Upload the EPUB or PDF to Google Drive from your phone or computer. Open the Google Drive app on your Boox, find the file, and either open it or download it to the device.
Choose a reading app
The built-in Boox reader opens EPUB and PDF files. Because Boox runs Android, you can also install another Android reading app if you prefer.
Once the file is on your Boox, you can read it without returning to Dokuga or leaving the story page open in a browser.
Download new chapters later
WP Downloader cannot add new chapters to an EPUB you already downloaded. When the author updates the story, return to the Dokuga downloader, paste the link again, and download a new copy of the complete story.
Renaming or removing the older file can help you tell the two copies apart on your Boox.
