Connect your Kindle e-reader to the computer with a USB cable. Select the converted story in calibre and choose Send to device.
After calibre transfers the book, disconnect the Kindle and open the story on the device for offline reading.
This method uses calibre and a USB connection, so the story is not uploaded through Amazon’s Send to Kindle service.
