How to Listen to SIYE Stories with Text-to-Speech
To listen to a Sink Into Your Eyes story, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and open the file in an app or device feature that can read text aloud. Once the EPUB is on your device, you can also listen offline.
Download a SIYE story as an EPUB
WP Downloader is a free web tool, and there is nothing to install. You do not need to sign in to download a story from Sink Into Your Eyes at siye.co.uk.

- Copy the story’s main SIYE link from your browser.
- Paste the link into WP Downloader.
- Choose EPUB as the output format.
- Choose whether to include the story’s images.
- Download the finished EPUB to your device.
WP Downloader downloads the whole story from SIYE. It cannot download a single chapter or a story list. If the author adds chapters later, download the story again to make a new EPUB with the chapters then available.

Listen on an iPhone or iPad
Apple Books opens EPUB files and works with the Speak Screen accessibility feature on iPhones and iPads.
Save the downloaded EPUB and open it in Apple Books. To turn on Speak Screen:
- Open Settings.
- Select Accessibility.
- Select Spoken Content.
- Turn on Speak Screen.
Open the story in Apple Books, then swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen. Speak Screen will read the page aloud.
Speak Screen uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your device. How natural the narration sounds depends on the voices available in your device settings, not on the EPUB.
Listen on Android
You can listen to the downloaded EPUB with an Android accessibility feature or an EPUB reader that supports text-to-speech.
Use Select to Speak
Open Settings, select Accessibility, and turn on Select to Speak. Once it is enabled, tap an item on the screen to hear it read aloud.
The controls may look different depending on your device. Select to Speak uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your Android device.
Use Moon+ Reader
Moon+ Reader opens EPUB files and has a built-in text-to-speech mode. Open the SIYE EPUB in Moon+ Reader and start its read-aloud mode.
Use @Voice Aloud Reader
@Voice Aloud Reader can read EPUB files aloud. Open or import the EPUB from WP Downloader, then start listening with the app’s reading controls.
Both apps use the text-to-speech voices installed on your Android device, so the narration will sound different depending on the voices you have installed.
Listen on Windows, macOS, or Linux
Thorium Reader and calibre can read EPUB files aloud on a computer.
Use Thorium Reader
Thorium Reader is free and available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Open the downloaded EPUB in Thorium Reader and use its read-aloud feature.
Use calibre
calibre is another free desktop option. Add or open the EPUB, launch it in calibre’s e-book viewer, and select Read aloud.
Both programs use the text-to-speech voices installed on your computer. The available voices determine how natural the narration sounds.
Tips for listening
Save the EPUB somewhere easy to find if you want to try it in more than one reader. Opening the same file in another compatible app lets you compare the controls and the voices installed on your device.
