How to listen to Dreame stories with text-to-speech
To listen to a Dreame story, download it as an EPUB with WP Downloader and open the file in a reading app with text-to-speech. The steps differ depending on whether you use an iPhone, iPad, Android device, or computer.
Download the Dreame story as an EPUB

Listen on an iPhone or iPad
Apple Books opens EPUB files, while Speak Screen can read the page aloud.
In Settings, open Accessibility, then Spoken Content, and turn on Speak Screen. Open the downloaded EPUB in Apple Books and go to the part of the story you want to hear.
Swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen to start listening. Speak Screen uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your device, so the narration will sound different depending on the voice you use.
Listen on an Android phone or tablet
Android users can use Select to Speak or an EPUB reader with its own read-aloud mode.
Use Select to Speak
Open Settings, go to Accessibility, and turn on Select to Speak. You can then tap an item on the screen to hear it read aloud.

Moon+ Reader opens EPUB files and has a built-in text-to-speech mode. Open the Dreame EPUB in the app and start its read-aloud option.
Use @Voice Aloud Reader
@Voice Aloud Reader can also read EPUB files aloud on Android. Open the EPUB you downloaded from WP Downloader and start the app’s read-aloud function.
Listen on Windows, macOS, or Linux
Thorium Reader and calibre can read an EPUB aloud on a computer.

Thorium Reader is free and available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Open the Dreame EPUB, go to the section where you want to begin, and start the read-aloud feature.
Use calibre
calibre is another free desktop option. Its e-book viewer opens EPUB files and includes a Read aloud feature.
Open the downloaded EPUB in the e-book viewer and select Read aloud. calibre uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your computer.
Improve the listening experience
Each option in this guide uses the text-to-speech voices installed on your device. If the narration sounds mechanical or a word is pronounced oddly, try a different installed voice.
